All Kopermut products are designed in the Dolomites and produced using recycled and responsibly sourced materials. Each item is handmade or small-batch produced, and slight variations may occur — part of what makes them unique.

4. Prices & Payments

All prices are in Euros and include VAT, where applicable.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

7. Warranty

At Kopermut, we stand behind the quality and durability of every product we create. All our gear is covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty protects you against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace it with the same item (or an equivalent product if the original is no longer available), at no additional cost.

What’s covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Failures in materials or workmanship
  • Issues occurring during normal, intended use

What’s not covered:

  • Wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
  • Alterations or repairs made by third parties
