We pack and ship your orders with care from our studio in the Dolomites.
Where We Ship
We currently ship across Italy and to select European countries.
If your country isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to contact us — we may be able to arrange something.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days from the moment the purchase is confirmed.
We have pickups once a week with no fixed day, so please be patient. This is the only way we can guarantee free shipping.
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times may range from 5 to 10 business days, depending on the courier’s availability and service in your area.
We always do our best to ensure fast and reliable shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been packed and the label was created.

Our carrier picks up when they are available — fewer trips help us reduce our footprint and avoid unnecessary shipping practices.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Start a Return
You can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of the date your order was fulfilled. To begin, please email us at info@kopermut.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and your reason (refund or swap).
Before your next adventure, we recommend trying your new gear indoors with packaging intact. If returned in like-new condition—clean, unused, and free of pet hair, and tag attached—we’ll happily process your refund or replacement.
We cover €10 of the exchange shipping cost. Any remaining amount will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returning Used or Dirty Gear
We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of use, dirt, or pet hair. If cleaning is possible, a fee of €10–€40 may be deducted based on item condition. In cases where we decline the return, we'll ship your item at our cost up to €10—any additional shipping expense will be your responsibility.
Return Shipping Costs
Returning items is free from our end— clients must cover the cost of shipping back to us.
We cover €10 of the exchange shipping cost. Any remaining amount will be the responsibility of the customer.

Holiday or Gift Returns
Received Kopermut gear as a gift? No problem. Returns and exchanges are allowed for unused, in-stock items within the 30-day window. Just show purchase proof on our website.
How Long Until I Get My Money Back?
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process refunds within 7–10 business days. Credit may take up to 5 more days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your provider. Shipping charges from your original order are not refundable. We'll email you once the return is complete.
Bundled Items
If you return part of a product bundle, the remaining bundled items will be adjusted to their full retail value. Your refund will reflect the bundle’s total cost minus the value of items you kept and minus return shipping fees.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, the returned product must:
- Appear unused, without signs of wear or damage
- Be clean and free of pet hair
- Include all original packaging, attached tags, and accessories
Kopermut reserves the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions. If we do reject a return, we’ll return your item at our cost up to €10. Any extra shipping charges will be your responsibility.
